"Betty was wonderful to work with from start to finish in selling my house. She advised me what repairs and updates would add value to my house, which I completed. She arranged for professional photos that showed off my 120-year-old home in the historical district beautifully. We had a contract above the listing price 6 days after my house was listed, and we closed in 4 weeks! Betty was out of the country on vacation during part of that time, but she stayed in touch with both the buyer's agent and me throughout the process so that we were able to close on time. I highly recommend her. I couldn't have had a better experience."

"Betty Blackwell is very knowledgeable in selling and buying homes in Oklahoma. She assisted my family in selling our rent house. It sold within a week after we talked to Ms Blackwell. She then guided the buyer in the right direction to get financing to fit her needs and got her an appointment with the correct banker the same day.
